Clipping Mask Tutorial on Photoshop

This is step by step guide on how to make clipping mask on Photoshop.

Here is the finish result of the clipping mask that I made:

Okay, First Step - go to File and make new file. For me, I prefer to use 400 x 400 size.

Second Step, Fill the layer of a color you want to. I prefer to use black background color.


Third Step, Open an image on your computer and drag it into the layer.

Fourth Step, Create a text layer and type the word you desired.


Fifth Step, Now follow the steps on the images below:

Last Step, Click on the image layer and follow this -> Ctrl + Alt + G.


This will be the result:

The long awaited anime continues...


I can't wait to watch this anime since its Season1 was ended on March 29, 2008. I'm so excited to see the new twist of the story and specially the new type of gundams that will reign again in the upcoming series.

Gundam 00 Season 2 will be aired on this day October 5, 2008 so better watch out on your favorite anime video streaming websites to watch its first episode in titled "The Angels Second Advent".

Guide to Change the Background Image of your Friendster

I know, not all friendster maniacs knows how to change their background images.

So, I decided to make a guide here for those friendster fanatics to be able for them to learn how to change their own background images on their profile...

The following are the steps to be able to change your background images:

1st step:

1. To be able to change the background image on your profile, you should have the CODE first to fill at the CUSTOMIZE CSS corner.
2. To be able to have a code go to this site: http://www.imageshack.us/
3. Now, BROWSE your desired background image on your computer and HOST IT. Make sure your background image is a jpeg file and be sure it size is not too big and not too small for your profile. 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600 sizes will be good to your profile.
4. Copy the code below at Show image to friends. Open a notepad and paste it to be able to store it for the meantime.

2nd Step:

1. LOG-IN first your account.
2. Go to your PROFILE.
3. Click CUSTOMIZE PAGE below your primary picture.
4. Go to CUSTOMIZE CSS: then go to: /* PAGE BACKGROUND */ and search for this code: background-image: url(PASTE your CODE here);
5. Now you know where to put the code of your desired background image.
6. PASTE the code that you stored at the notepad and make sure you paste it inside the parenthesis ( ).
7. SAVE your work and then go to your profile to check if your background image is already working.
8. If you see your NEW background image then that would be great. Now you're done!

Now you will be able to change your background image anytime.
